$78, 41.8% alcohol, Victoria.

Beautiful gin. Big on the juniper and assorted floral notes but they dive into bass territory rather than turning pretty and light. There’s a woodsy spice note element – tending towards licorice or more accurately crushed fennel – and a dive of blood orange, plus citrus zest and flowers. Like this. Love this. Almost feels smoky and peat-like through the aftertaste. Yes to buying this again. Bought on special for lows $60s.
