Garden photography, captured with love.
My mum’s a gardener. I love my mum. I love photography.
I therefore love gardens, and love to photograph them.
I’ve been taking images of plants, properties and gardens for decades. I didn’t lie when I said that I’m the outdoors type. I did after all spend 12 years living beside the Mount Buffalo National Park. But despite being a photo-journalist forever, I’ve never been specifically dedicated to garden or plant photography. Until now. The start of this journey is a photo-essay of the Williamstown Botanical Gardens in Melbourne.
If you want me to document your garden or property, contact me. Gardens and properties deserve to be captured to the highest photographic standards.
I’ve loved the Williamstown Botanical Gardens all my life. I was born a few hundred metres away. I walk it as often as I can. I photograph it often and yet I wish that I’d photographed it more. I love the fact that, every single time I visit, there are others photographing it and, indeed, revelling in it. It’s a place. Above are some of the images I’ve recently captured of the Williamstown Botanical Gardens.
