Warner's Harrington Shiraz Gin

Mattinson's independent review of Warner's Harrington Shiraz Gin Four Pillars

Warner's Harrington Shiraz Gin is a collaboration with Four Pillars. It blends the depth of rich, fruity shiraz with the aromatic complexity of traditional gin botanicals. The outcome is a bold gin: rich, berry-forward flavors lead the charge but there are also subtle spice notes and, too, some sweetness. What I particularly like about this gin is the grip of the finish; it’s a gin that feels just a little wine-like. I’ve been drinking Warner's Harrington Shiraz Gin as a G&T, where it’s been fine, but it really shone when I teamed it with Campari and L.A.S Vino Vermouth; that was a negroni with the lot. Yes, I’d recommend this gin.
