Anvers Kingsway Chardonnay 2024

Mattinson review of Anvers Kingsway Chardonnay 2024.

Anvers Kingsway Chardonnay 2024
$38, 12.5% alcohol, screwcap, Adelaide Hills.

This is a powerful chardonnay though it hones nicely though the finish. It tastes of grilled peach and butter, lemon myrtle and toast, with preserved lemon and butter characters – and perhaps some flint notes too – as highlights. It’s elegant. It’s composed. It’s powerful. It’s many good things. 92 points
