Grosset
Grosset is a Mattinson Ten Star Winery.
Only the best of Australia’s best are ranked as a Mattinson Ten Star Winery.
The strength of Grosset as a producer of high class wine lies in the irrefutable, long-proven fact that its Gaia cabernet-blend and Adelaide Hills chardonnay are both outstanding wines, routinely. Grosset would be a Mattinson Ten Star Winery on the back of its annual Clare Valley riesling offerings – and talking of which, the current 2024 releases are brilliant – but even outside of its signature variety, Grosset still excels. Jeffrey Grosset is a meticulous, rigorous winemaker whose wines, every year, stand as beacons of quality.
Over the years the Grosset range has grown to also include fiano and shiraz (blended with nero d’avola). With each new step, the overall quality bar of the Grosset offering has never quivered.
But it is Riesling that Grosset is best known for. On the Australian riesling landscape there is no producer with a higher reputation than Grosset.
