Majella The Musician Cabernet Shiraz 2022
$18, 14.5% alcohol, screwcap, Coonawarra.

The value here is very good. In fact I bought this wine for $16 and given the purity of the fruit, the overall balance, the freshness, the finish and the all-round satisfaction, that’s very good buying in anyone’s language. It tastes of sweet red licorice, boysenberry, blackcurrant, mint and eucalypt, and from start to finish it feels authentic and true. It’s another winner from Majella. 89 points.
