Vasse Felix’s Classic Dry White is an old favourite but it’s gone up a gear this year. For $20 this is pretty smashing; it should be on your radar. It tastes of grapefruit, lemon, nectarine, apple and thistle-like notes, but what really impresses is the overall intensity of the flavour, the gentle softness of the texture, and the clean, refreshing feel. It’s twenty bucks well spent.
