Moppity Atrius Chardonnay 2021

This is a pitch-perfect example of the joys of Tumbarumba chardonnay. It’s driven by stonefruit flavours – think grilled peaches and nectarines – though pear, apple and vanilla bean characters whisper throughout, as indeed does modestly-applied cedarwood oak, along with flashes of grapefruit. It’s harmonious. It delivers flavour in well-measured spoonfuls, and it makes you want to keep coming back for more. 93 points.
