Irvine Altitude Barossa Valley Shiraz 2022

Mattinson review of Irvine Altitude Barossa Valley Shiraz 2022

Irvine Altitude Barossa Valley Shiraz 2022
$35, 14.6% alcohol, screwcap, Barossa Valley.

This Barossa shiraz is super smooth. It tastes of plums, red licorice, blackberry and peppercorns, and all these flavours sail through the mouth in the most satisfying of ways. This is a red wine that delivers big flavour with a minimum of fuss. It’s creamy smooth already; it doesn’t need to be cellared. 93 points.
