Jeanneret Big Fine Girl Riesling 2024

Review of Jeanneret Big Fine Girl Riesling 2024.

Jeanneret Big Fine Girl Riesling 2024
$30, 13.5% alcohol, screwcap, Clare Valley.

This is a riesling of texture, character and sheer fruit intensity. It kicks goals on every front. It tastes essentially of lime juice but then tonic-like characters, sweet spice and lime leaf notes also waft attractively throughout. There’s a little more texture here, a suggestion of plumpness if you will, which adds to the wine’s overall impression of power. It’s good. It works. 92 points.
