I like this quite a lot. I do because it has so much flavour that it feels as though it has attitude. Yes, it’s a prosecco with attitude. It tastes of grilled peaches, pears, butterscotch and malt – but even so, it still feels light, and it still feels fresh. So: it behaves like a prosecco should but also packs in genuine flavour. You can’t argue with that.
