The red and black licorice flavours here are bang on; the spice notes are integrated perfectly; there’s a general juiciness which makes the wine seem easily and readily accessible; and then there’s a curl of savoury, gently herbal tannin that gives the wine good form and shape, and adds some savouriness to the show. Everything is aligned here. This wine drinks well, and is good quality. 92 points.
