This is a rich, generously-flavoured shiraz with fruit laid on thick. It’s satisfying from the first sip right through to the last. It tastes of blackberry, cloves, plum jam, saltbush and redcurrant, with sweet spice notes in the mix too. It’s soft and, in general, falls over itself to please. In short, what’s not to like? 92 points.
