This is a zesty white wine with chalk, preserved lemon, salt, yeast and nectarine flavours flowing into flavours of pear and apple. It’s clean and pure but it has just a bit of attitude to it, particularly through the finish. In short, in summary, it’s pretty impressive. 93 points.
