Briar Ridge Stockhausen Chardonnay 2025

This is well-flavoured and textural with yellow stonefruit, lime, woodsmoke and spice notes running attractively throughout. It’s so textural that it almost feels grippy, which among other things means that it will team beautifully with food. In fact the way the flavours sheet through the palate and out through the finish suggest that this wine will age well over the next 3-5 years too. 91 points.
