Flint into grapefruit and peach, a whisper of nougat, fresh cedar, and then gradually into cream. I love this wine a whole lot. There’s a touch of the exotic to this, it’s wild and it’s controlled, it’s textural, it’s whispered with woodsmoke, it’s fine dining in a glass.
