$45, 12.5% alcohol, screwcap, Provence.

This is a pale, dry, yeasty rosé with excellent texture, character and freshness. It’s another excellent release. From its (pale) copper colour to its strawberry-and-rust flavours to its grapey softness to the extra kick of both savouriness and fruitiness through the finish – everything is in tip top shape. 94 points.
