This is a refreshing sparkling wine with lemon, strawberry, cream and sugared croissant characters running throughout. What gives it an extra hit though is a burst of (not bitter) grapefruit flavour, coupled to chalk and lemon sorbet-like notes. It works nicely. And it all feels super fresh. Come top-up time, you’d be pushing your glass forward for more. 90 points.
