This is an earthen rosé with pomegranate, woodsmoke, tonic water and sweet spice notes drifting thorough the main run of cranberry and strawberry fruit flavours. It’s a frisky, refreshing style, dry at heart and gently grippy through the finish. It’s best served alongside food. 90 points.
