For every bottle of Hidden Sea wine sold – this brand promises to remove ten plastic bottles from the sea. So good.
For pure, relaxed, no-fuss drinking – this rosé is pretty much perfect. It’s (very) pale crimson in colour, and tastes of watermelon and jubey raspberry with subtle infusions of sweet spice and woodsy herbs. You couldn’t design it better. It has a gentle textural element but it mostly presents as crisp and refreshing. Bang on.
