Parched Crow McDonalds Flat Bicentenary Semillon 2025

Bottle of Parched Crow McDonalds Flat Bicentenary Semillon 2025.

Parched Crow McDonalds Flat Bicentenary Semillon 2025
$30, 11% alcohol, screwcap, Hunter Valley.

This has a bit more body than is customary for young Hunter Valley semillon but it still has drive and length, and feels (high) quality throughout. Citrus, slate and stonefruit flavours are delivered in dry, assertive style, a gentle rub of texture helping to keep the flow of it all smooth. This is a very good wine, fresh, buoyant and persistent. 94 points.
