Velvety fruit flavour is delivered with firm, confident tannin ingrained. This is a well-structured red wine with a soft, attractive, satisfying heart. It tastes of blackcurrant, tobacco and spearmint and from start to finish it feels assured. This wine knows what it’s doing. It’s a lovely wine to spend time with, and is excellent value. 92 points.
