You get a drive of apple-like flavour, matched to passionfruit and lemongrass, matched to steel, matched to notes that resemble dried herbs, almost into the woodiness of star anise. This is a crisp, fruity white wine at heart and is easy-to-take as a result, but it’s a very good offering all-around and is of higher quality than you might routinely expect. 92 points.
