$25, 13.5% alcohol, screwcap, Limestone Coast.

The good thing about this fresh white wine is that it’s mouthwatering and well-fruited, on the one hand, and that it also has a dry, tonic-like feel. In other words it’s ripe and fruity but not sweet-accented. It tastes of citrus, apple, aromatic herbs and pear, all of which teams nicely with food. 90 points.
