Longview Hen's Teeth Rosé 2025
$28, 12% alcohol, screwcap, Adelaide Hills.

This Adelaide Hills rosé was made with Pinot Noir and Nebbiolo grapes. That would be a good start in itself except that all the grapes were estate-grown by Longview – one of the best/highest quality grape growers (and wine makers) in the Adelaide Hills region.

It’s pale crimson in colour, it’s alive with alluring perfumes, and the palate then presents a beautiful mix of cranberry, orange oil, red cherry and roasted spice flavours, all of which hone towards a dry, immaculately crafted finish. This is refreshing, dry, energetic and characterful all at once. It’s good. 92 points.
