Made with Mourvèdre and Grenache, fermented wild, unfined and unfiltered.

It’s bright copper in colour, throws strawberry and vibrant red cherry flavours straight at you, and comes laced with floral and sweet spice characters. This is a delicious rosé in anyone’s language. It’s complex, it’s more-ish, and it leans into both fruitiness and into savouriness. It’s a lovely rosé, both refreshing and satisfying. 93 points.
