Curtis Family Vineyards Small Batch Shiraz 2021
$80, 14.5% alcohol, screwcap, McLaren Vale.

This is a solid, substantial shiraz with blackberry, bitumen, salted caramel and milk-coffee flavours pushing persuasively throughout. It’s a mouthful of wine but it’s also soft, well-mannered and approachable. One sip and you find yourself relaxing into its soft, comfortable arms. Enjoyment factor is high here. 93 points.
