Soft, luscious, plush: all these words apply. This is a richly flavoured wine, complete with dark, inky fruit flavour, but for all of its might and power it’s also neat and approachable, not to mention exceptionally easy to spend time with. This indeed is a wine that you just want to sink into, in the best and most enjoyable of ways. 94 points.
