Monty’s Leap The Mulberry Block Chardonnay 2025

Bottle of Monty’s Leap The Mulberry Block Chardonnay 2025.

Monty’s Leap The Mulberry Block Chardonnay 2025
$40, 13.5% alcohol, screwcap, Great Southern.

This wine serves up delicious chardonnay flavours and a good volume of them. Indeed it’s an archetypal example of the variety in the best of ways. It tastes of ripe peach and pears, preserved lemons and cedar, with sweet spice and honey-like notes entering the fray through the finish. It all works a treat. 92 points.
