I’m happy to label this Pinot Gris as gorgeous. In fact it’s fruity, fun, direct and serious at once. It tastes of apples – cooked and fresh – pears, lemons, musk sticks and aromatic herbs, a touch of tutti-fruity bubble-gum character whispering away around the edges. It’s intense with flavour and impressive as a result, but then it’s also decidedly more-ish.
