Cabernet Sauvignon is such a great partner to shiraz. Here we get a bold, full-bodied and big-fruited wine that is also structured, leaf-whispered and sustained. It presents an array of flavours and it presents a lot of them. Blackcurrant, bay leaves, milk chocolate, violets, aromatic herbs and more. It’s as convincing as it is emphatic. 95 points.
