Six months on skins in Qvevri. Golden amber in colour. Rich, savoury and dry. Excellent extension. Flavours of apricots, nuts, earth, stones and flowers. Grippy with tannin but it has just enough give to it to keep the flavours flowing. Delicious, it has to be said. There’s a lovely stone-like character to the aftertaste too. 93 points.
