This is a firm, rich and solid Cabernet Sauvignon with aniseed, blackcurrant and boysenberry flavours as the main drivers but with bay leaf, pine, cocoa-powder and leather characters in the mix too. It feels satisfying from start to finish. At six years of age it shows subtle developed characters but still has many years left to run.
