Zero dosage, grown organically, 50 year old vines growing in rocky soils, 80% Parellada, 10% Macabeu, and 10% Chardonnay.

Dramatic aromatics. Stonefruits, toffees, pastries and herbs. Palate has a preserved lemon aspect, excellent drive, leesy complexity, some grapefruit bitterness helping to propel the finish. Mineral aftertaste. Excellent. Refreshing. Powerful. 93 points.
