$12% alcohol, cork, Cava/Spain.

Cava, organically grown, made with chardonnay, pinot noir and panda blanca grapes.

There’s gentle bronzing to the colour but the aromatics are exuberant and inviting. Peaches, creamed honey, autolysis, florals and musk. Yeasty palate, drier than the nose would suggest, steely, some toast, Peak drinking now and very good at that. Layers to the flavour. 92 points.
