Champagne Bollinger PN TX20
$225, 12.5% alcohol, cork, Champagne.

Blanc de Noirs from a blend of vintages though, mostly, from 2020.

Incredible aromatics and then palate. This is a powerful Champagne if ever there was one. Cream, nuts, peaches, toast, brown spices, strawberries and a van load of pastries. A keen citrus note, but citrus that’s been oven-baked. There’s so much going on here. So much richness and flair. Nothing is straight and narrow. This is an incredible wine, first and foremost, and an incredible sparkling wine on top. 95 points.
