PJ Dredge Blanc de Noirs 2020
12.5% alcohol, cork, Tasmania.

This is a sparkling wine to make you sit up and take notice. It’s a wine of electric acidity, flooded with flavour, grapefruit and kaffir lime, stones, rind, tonic and mineral. The strawberry notes here are so white, so cool, so thrilling. This is a great addition to the Australian sparkling landscape. 95 points.
