Sullivans Cove – 18 Year Old French Oak Ex-White Wine Cask is Australia's most decorated whisky, by a margin. In fact it’s a modern day legend, having won an incredible four World's Best titles at the World Whiskies Awards. In 2014 its ex-tawny cask HH0525 was named World's Best Single Malt – the first whisky from outside Scotland or Japan ever to take that crown. This result, itself, put Australian whisky on the world map, overnight. It has since won the World's Best Single Cask Single Malt category three times over – in 2018, 2019, and again in 2026. No other Australian distillery has come close to matching these achievements. In fact these achievements are so significant that everyone, everywhere, references them.
