The sub-title of this wine is “Deluxe Oak Edition”, which is pretty cute.

This release is cheap and cheerful but it has to be said: it’s a very good drink. Ignore the score: this is good buying/drinking. It tastes of pears and honey, custard powder and citrus and while it carries both texture and flavour, it slings more impressively through the finish than you might expect. Not bad at all.
