Knappstein Clare Valley Riesling 2025

Bottle of Knappstein Clare Valley Riesling 2025.

Knappstein Clare Valley Riesling 2025
$25, 11% alcohol, screwcap, Clare Valley.

There’s a soft, fruit-driven, fleshy aspect to this young Clare Valley riesling but there’s also a clear drive of acidity. It’s both refreshing and flavoursome, with lime leaf and lime juice flavours lightened by notes of white flowers and lemonade. You’d reckon that this wine will age but there’s no good reason to wait; grab some fish (and chips) and hook into this, and it’s happy days. 90 points.
