McWilliam’s Wines Single Vineyard Chardonnay 2024

Mattinson review of McWilliam’s Wines Single Vineyard Chardonnay 2024.

McWilliam’s Wines Single Vineyard Chardonnay 2024
$40, 12.5% alcohol, screwcap, Tumbarumba.

This wine is drinking well now, no doubt, but it’s going to age like a charm. It has beautiful length, form and flow, its flavours of grapefruit, white peach, citrus and oatmeal complemented by subtle smoky oak notes. By all means drink this now but pop a few bottles in the cellar and wait a few years; it will soar. 93 points.
