Irvine Spring Hill Riesling 2024

Mattinson review of Irvine Spring Hill Riesling 2024.

Irvine Spring Hill Riesling 2024
$27, 11.4% alcohol, screwcap, Eden Valley.

This is a riesling in fine form. It’s bone dry, stony, punchy with flavour and well-extended through the finish. It tastes of lime, grapefruit pulp, riverstones and lemon sorbet, and while it’s juicy throughout it has a smidgen of grip on the finish, which works well. The quality here is excellent. so too the drinkability. 93 points.
