$28, 12% alcohol, DIAM cork, Adelaide Hills.

This is a fun bottle of fizz. It’s peachy, vibrant and full of flavour, it citrus notes sprinkled with raspberries, its pastry notes studded with strawberries. There’s a gentle fruit sweetness, which gives the fruit more punch, though it’s generally a dry style. It will please all-comers. 90 points.
