The dry stuff is the good stuff, and this rosé is beautifully dry. It has a slight creaminess to its texture, and a bit of grain too, but it’s all strawberry and river-stone characters from there, with the odd flash of roasted/dry spice notes too. This is a sophisticated rosé and an excellent one. 93 points.
