Pasle crimson-copper in colour and both refreshing and spicy from the get-go. This does the job nicely, it has to be said. Raspberry, strawberries, rounds of dry spice and an orange blossom note to finish things off. It finishes dry, with juice running through it. It’s good. 92 points.
