Shy Susan Nebbiolo Rosé 2024
$40, 13% alcohol, screwcap, Alpine Valleys.

What I really love about this brilliant rosé is that it has both fruit and texture but it’s also in touch with its savoury side, and in that vein it finishes with beautiful, stony length. This is the perfect pale and dry rosé. It tastes of herbs, strawberries, stones, crushed fennel and orange rind, and everything that it builds it then carries on through the finish. You get flavour, you get style and in the end you get a wine that is memorable. 94 points.
