Bottle of Baie Doree Mediterranee IGP Rose 2025.

Baie Doree Mediterranee IGP Rose 2025
$30, 12.5% alcohol, cork, France.

This rosé has flavour and body and follow-through and interest. It’s a great buying/drinking option. It tastes of strawberries and tonic water, mostly, with sweet spice, stone and subtle pink grapefruit characters whispered throughout. It has, in other words, both savouriness and fruitiness well covered, and then adds a bit of herbal interest, and does while offering a good body of flavour. In short, it’s an excellent offering. 93 points.
