$44, 12.5% alcohol, cork, Barossa Valley.

Fully mature and drinking beautifully. This is textbook in the best of ways. Intense honey, preserved lemon, orange blossom and cardamom characters come with a waxy, textural sheen and keen, mouthwatering acidity. It’s rich, it’s refreshing, it’s complex and it’s well sustained – not to mention that it’s just plain delicious. 94 points.
