Thorn-Clarke Single Vineyard Shiraz 2023
$45, 14.5% alcohol, screwcap, Barossa Valley.

This wine is rich and satisfying, make no mistake, but its real charm is in its cuddly softness, and in the extra pulse of warm flavour through the finish. It tastes of roasted plums, fresh black cherries, saltbush, rust and vanilla cream, with bay leaf and clove notes for afters. It hits the spot and then some. 93 points.
