Briar Ridge Dairy Hill Semillon 2026
AU$50, 11.9% alcohol, screwcap, Hunter Valley.

This is a pure, fruit-driven semillon with lifted aromatics and a long, textural palate. It tastes of grapefruit, lemon, wax and red apples, the palate impressing with its length but also giving you something to hold onto as it passes through your mouth. It’s a classic “now or later” style, with a bit of extra presence.
